Love Island star Jessica Shears has been trolled again over the shape of her boobs, after appearing in a nude photoshoot that revealed the results of her plastic surgery.
The naked shoot , which showed 24-year-old Jess wearing nothing but scanty underwear, a bondage-style harness and in some shots just a fur coat, has attracted criticism from detractors.
They called her out for having a 'weird' nipple placement and for having one boob bigger than the other - something that came as a result of botched surgery.
But that hasn't stopped Jess from going topless again for Sixty6 magazine.
Previously, Jess had opened up about her boob job regrets after she was voted out of the villa, claiming she went too big too soon when she got them done aged 20.
"I didn't make a very well advised decision about them. They didn't turn out great and I suffered a lot of side effects," she revealed.
"I've been looking at getting them reduced. I've found a surgeon. It's just figuring out when I can fit it in and exactly what I want done."
But until she can go under the knife again to fix the damage, Jess has to put up with the negative comments.
Some trolls were tweeting her this week, with one saying: "Why did you do a naked shoot if you're not happy with your boobs though?"
Another tactfully said: "Ya nipples are cross eyed."
And a third wrote: "Don't complain about people having opinions when you put yourself out there for attention."
But Jess hit back at the haters, blasting them: "Lol at people going in on my boobs - i'm the first one to criticise my boob job - that's why i'm getting them re-done.
"Idiots," she added.
The model then retweeted praise from boyfriend Dom Lever , which read: "Still look unreal naked though just saying."

Upping the ante even further, she soon ditched these altogether for a fully nude approach - forcing her to rely on strategic poses to protect her modesty.
One gorgeous snap, which is sure to set pulses racing, sees her posing on a bridge wall while reclining and caressing her hair.
Others show the reality TV star standing with a sword in a library and sprawled across a four-poster bed.
No doubt fans of the dating programme will be delighted with the shoot, which also sees Jessica flaunting her backside while flanked by a historic property.
But it's Jess who'll likely enjoy it the most - as she no doubt earned a substantial fee for the steamy camera session.
According to The Sun , experts predict she could haul in £2million through underwear modelling, hair, beauty and fashion endorsements, personal appearances, social media posts and a calendar thanks to her success on Love Island.
Meanwhile, 21-year-old Montana Brown could potentially earn as much as £1.8million, with swimwear modelling, endorsements, fragrances and even a book deal on the cards.
